Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems already has all the fundamental component developments needed to cover engine performance ranging from about 40 to 185 kilowatts for diesel engines (per turbocharger), and about 40 to 250 kilowatts for gasoline engines.

Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems offers new technical solutions for exhaust gas turbochargers: 

 

• adjuster unit for variable turbine guide vanes, optimized for turbine efficiency
• robust core group design with acoustically optimized bearings and efficient oil chamber seals
• milled compressor wheels with particularly good low-cycle fatigue behavior for peak efficiency, broad operating maps (large mass flow range), and minimal original out-of-balance values
