The Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems quality concept

Top quality is a fundamental goal of Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems, one to which all our employees are committed. When the company was established, we took the opportunity to develop an effective and forward-looking quality management system in which we integrated best practices from both our parent companies, Robert Bosch GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. As a result, the company was successfully certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 in October 2010.

The principles of our quality management system are:

1. Maximum customer satisfaction

We achieve maximum customer satisfaction by exceeding our customers' expectations in terms of innovation, quality, and level of service.

2. Consistent failure prevention

From the early phases of development, we detect possible sources of error by consistently applying preventive quality management methods. By doing so, we avoid the need for expensive repair work.

3. Excellent processes

We have highly efficient and controlled processes that have been designed by, and are optimized by, our employees using forward-looking models and methods. Our product creation process is carried out by cross-disciplinary, efficient teams, who incorporate the knowledge and experience from different specialist areas in all their decisions.

4. State-of-the-art production technology

In our production activities, we use new, state-of-the-art production plants, which results in excellent process capabilities and innovative production technologies.

5. Continuous optimization

We optimize our processes on the basis of process data and key figures. We achieve consistent process data acquisition and traceability along our entire value chain, including that of our suppliers.

6. Commitment of our employees

Each individual employee is committed to quality and continuous improvement within his area of work and beyond.
